- Lockscreen Streak - Maintain your daily lockscreen engagement streak
- Surveys - Share your opinions through available surveys
- Games & Offers - Complete game installations, app downloads, and other tasks
- Cashback - Earn rewards through cashback opportunities
How many points can I earn? Point values vary depending on the activity. Surveys, games, offers, and cashback rewards differ based on length and requirements. Lockscreen streak points are awarded once every 30 days when you successfully complete your streak.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn? No! There's no maximum earning limit. The more activities you complete, the more points you can earn.
When will I see my points after completing an activity? Most points appear in your account within minutes. However, some activities require verification and may take longer to process. Lockscreen streak points are awarded once every 30 days upon successful completion of your streak.
What is the lockscreen streak? The lockscreen streak rewards you for consistent daily engagement with lockscreen content. Maintain your streak by unlocking your device and enjoying the content regularly. Complete your streak over 30 days to earn your streak bonus points.
Why haven't my points appeared yet? Some rewards require verification before points are credited to your account. Please be patient as this process can take some time. If you believe there's an issue after waiting a reasonable period, contact support at soundstack@jointhrewards.com.
Can I use a VPN while earning points? No, VPN usage is not permitted while participating in Soundstack activities. Using a VPN may result in disqualification from earning points.
What happens if fraudulent activity is detected? Soundstack has fraud detection systems in place to ensure program integrity. If suspicious activity is detected on your account, your rewards may be delayed or forfeited, and your account may be subject to review.
Redeeming Rewards
What can I redeem my points for? You can redeem your points for gift cards from popular brands and retailers.
What is the minimum redemption amount? You need to accumulate points equivalent to $3.00 before you can redeem for gift cards.
How long does it take to receive my gift card? Most gift cards are delivered within minutes after redemption. However, if fraudulent activity is detected, processing may be delayed while your account undergoes review.
Are there limits on how many gift cards I can redeem? No, there are no daily, weekly, or monthly redemption limits.
Do my points expire? Yes, points expire 90 days after they are awarded to your account. Make sure to redeem your points before they expire!
What happens to expired points? Once points expire after 90 days, they cannot be recovered or reinstated. Be sure to monitor your point balance and redeem regularly.

I completed an activity but didn't receive my points. What should I do? First, be patient as some activities require verification before points are credited.
